More on Leadership

I came across on interview of Condoleezza Rice on Leadership, in which she made some really clear points on what makes a good leader:
  • VISION, one that is not to unreachable but on the other hand is high enough that it would inspire and motivate striving towards
  • GROUNDING, centered in such a way that they are not easily tossed or swayed
  • MENTORS, no one makes it all on their own
Also, as I've been reading the book on "Biblical Eldership" by Alexander Strauch, it gave me reassurance that leaders don't have to be multi-talented.  They just need to be able to find people to support them in areas in which they are not strong.  Responsibility can and should be shared and delegated.
